A medium fruity of fresh olive, with green aromas of herbs and green wheat interspersed among the characteristic fruit notes of the arbequino; almond, apple, and ripe banana stand out.
Its progression in the mouth is gradual, with a smooth and delicate entry, a very light bitterness afterwards, and a more noticeable presence of spiciness. It is harmonious and has an almond aftertaste.
