This tuna is caught piece by piece, with hooks, in deep-sea fishing grounds and high seas. It is frozen on board at a temperature between -35º and -40º immediately after being caught, thus maintaining all its freshness and organoleptic and nutritional properties.
Once it reaches land, it is elaborated in a completely artisanal way, without adding any type of additive or preservative, only olive oil and salt.
It has a high concentration of Omega 3 fatty acids, among other beneficial components for health.
