- Mouth: It is a dry gin, with mouthfeel notes of juniper is sweeter and less pine . . . as the natural oils of botanical ingredients are captured and preserved from maceration. Long and lingering finish. Totally different from any gin elaborated under traditional distillation methods. A being a cold distillation less aggressive with the notes, éstas peviven. Gin fresh, smooth and intense, with aromas of citrus, juniper, and aniseed.
