Layán is a mountain in the Sierra de Loarre. There, in an old renovated farmyard, we make our pacharán

We make it by macerating, in top quality aniseed, sloes of wild origin, harvested from arañones, planted in the village of Loarre.

We macerate them for up to six months in French oak barrels to obtain an excellent product.

When the optimum temperature for consumption is reached, between 6 and 9ºC, the glass on the front label turns pink, which tells us that this exquisite spirit is ready to taste.

Pacharan is rich in vitamin C, is tonic, astringent and fortifies the stomach.

Drink it after a meal with your friends and enjoy the after-dinner conversation.
