Termes is a crianza red wine from the Toro appellation produced by Numanthia Termes.
Termes is the youngest wine of the Numanthia winery. The vines are 30 years old, planted at an altitude of 700m with low yields. Harvested by hand with a rigorous selection process, both in the field and in the winery. Fermentation for 8 days with 2 daily pumping over and controlled temperature (26º -28º). Maceration with skins for 21 days with light pumping over. Aged for 16 months in first year French oak barrels with light pumping over every 4 months.
Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial is the Maison's most emblematic champagne. Created in 1869, it embodies the unique Moët & Chandon style, distinguished by lively fruit, a seductive palate and elegant maturity.
