Pajarilla of Cosuenda

A white, aromatic and overripe wine subjected to oxidative ageing.

This is a unique and exclusive wine from birth. Unlike manzanillas and finos, the Pajarilla is not fortified with wine alcohol and its permanence and development over time is a firm testimony of what a selection of vine, land and little load is capable of doing.




Suitable both for aperitif wine and to accompany cured and / or semi-cured cheeses, poultry, white meats and pastas.
