This paté -also known as tapenade- is elaborated only and in an artisan way with black olives from Bajo Aragón (empeltres).


Its use is recommended for the preparation of appetizers based on smoked or fresh cheese, salads, pizzas ... but given its creaminess is a spectacle to take it alone, on a slice of toasted bread.
