Single varietal Verdejo from vineyards located in the towns of Rueda, Pollos and La Seca, all in the province of Valladolid. As a curiosity, the grapes are harvested at night to preserve the freshness of the fruit, and the vinification is traditional in stainless steel tanks. A very aromatic wine, with citrus aromas assembled with herbaceous touches and aniseed nuances.

Sight: Amarillo pajizo con reflejos verdosos.

Mouth: Intenso, sabroso y muy bien equilibrado. Fresca acidez, frutal y aromático en el postgusto.

Nose: Alta intensidad aromática en la que se abre todo el abanico varietal de la uva Verdejo. Aromas cítricos ensamblados con herbáceos y matices anisados.
