Definition: generous wine with Jerez - Xérès - Sherry Designation of Origin

Grape type: Palomino.

This Palo Cortado combines the finesse and delicacy of an Amontillado, along with the body and structure of an Oloroso. Aged in Jerez de la Frontera in the cellar of Empress Eugenia. Bottle format: 75 cl

Bright amber color. On the nose, nuts, spices, and smoky notes predominate. With a pronounced hazelnut flavor and hints of vanilla, coffee, and dark chocolate. Dry and very concentrated, with a long and elegant finish.

Serve at 13-14ºC. Perfect to accompany white meats, highly seasoned dishes, smoked meats, foie gras, mushrooms, aged cheeses, and spicy dishes.
