The Toasted Bread with Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a crunchy and tasty snack popularly known as Guttiau, originally from the island of Sardinia. It is made with the ancestral recipe of the shepherds based on durum wheat semolina, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and yeast. To achieve its extra-fine texture, the dough is carefully stretched and toasted at high temperatures until very thin and crispy slices are obtained.

It is the perfect accompaniment to any appetizer such as our wide variety of pates, Iberian acorn-fed sausages or cheeses among others. We also recommend taking it with chocolates and sweet creams.
