Today, as then, Augusta's master pastry chefs are the custodians of the secret of the special leavening agent, which mixed with the best butter in Europe, delicious candied fruits and the best raisins, together with other first choice ingredients, gives life to this delicious 750 g classic Panettone. The dough is allowed to rise naturally, then slowly and carefully cooked and left to chill for about twelve hours, giving the cake a unique taste.
