The nose is very frank, with intense aromas of ripe fruit and spicy, roasted on a balsamic background. The palate is structured, tasty and powerful, with fine tannins, soft and balanced, which contribute to lengthen its life to finish with a long and elegant finish in the mouth


Pairing: to accompany red meats, stews, cured cheeses and all kinds of game meats.
