Pago de los Capellanes has chosen the name "Doroteo," the precursor of the winery, for the wine with which they celebrate their twenty-fifth anniversary. Only 5,000 bottles of this red wine made with the queen grape of Ribera del Duero and aged for 36 months in barrels have been released to the market. A lot of black fruit compote on the nose, with hints of sweet spices and balsamic notes, and a round and voluptuous mouthfeel.
