This cava is made from wines produced from the three typical varieties of cava, selected among the best of the 2014 vintage. We are talking about Xarel·lo, Perellada and Macabeu. The cava remains in the bottle for twelve months before disgorgement.
The Perelada Brut Nature Vintage 2017 has a pale yellow color with slight greenish tones. Clear and bright. It has abundant release of bubbles forming a crown. On the nose, it has a clean aroma with a fruity touch and a slight aging tone. On the palate, it is dry, smooth, complex, with good gustatory balance.
