Finca:Garbet, twelve hectares of slate soil cultivated in terraces on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, north of the wild Capde Creus.
Harvesting:Manual harvesting with 20 kg boxes, harvesting the grapes from the same sector of the plot twice.
Making:Vinification in red, with two manual pumping-overs every day. Maceration for 30 days at a controlled temperature of 24ºC.
Ageing:21 months in new Bordeaux barrels of French oak Tronçais.

Tasting notes:
