Instructions for use:
Initially, take 2 tablets per day, every 12 hours, for 7 days. It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the mid-morning and another one an hour before bedtime. After 7 days, it is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, before bedtime, for six months.

Folic acid in the form of Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid.
