A very strong Belgian special beer, 10.5% alcohol, top fermented and with secondary fermentation in bottle. Amber-colored and somewhat cloudy, the Piraat Rum and not only for its name, starts aggressively, with abundant foam and a variety of surprising aromas, recalling different types of malted and herbs that hint at the wood and the alcoholic sensation of rum. From its flavor we appreciate the alcohol at first, but its second fermentation gives it a body that is rounding to a dry and pronounced bitterness
