Whey protein isolate hydrolyzed as Actitor® (86%) (emulsifier: soy lecithin), branched chain amino acids (5%) (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), thickener (carrageenan), flavorings, lean cocoa powder, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), sodium chloride, flavor enhancer (potassium chloride), sunflower oil powder.

How to use

As a dietary supplement for healthy adults, mix a 40 gram dose (1 level dispenser) of Platinum HydroWhey® in a blender with 260 ml of cold water, milk or juice and blend for 20-30 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved.It is recommended to consume about 2 grams of protein per kg of body weight per day between a combination of protein supplements and natural sources with meals.
