COD (Gadus morhua), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, and natural smoke. This product has been subjected to legally required anisakis prevention treatments. Production method: Caught. Fishing zone: FAO 27 Northeast Atlantic. Fishing gear: trawl nets.
STORAGE
To maintain the perfect harmony of flavor, freshness, and texture of the Smoked Cod Loins, it should always be stored between 0°C and 5°C. It is advisable to place it in the bottom of the refrigerator, usually intended for the preservation of fresh food. Avoid bending the packaging or placing any element on top, no matter how light, so that the pressure does not alter the original texture of the product.
