Three Milks Cheese from Pria, a specialty made with three types of milk
Pasteurized sheep's milk at 50%, cow's milk at 40% and goat's milk at 10% is used in its production. In addition it is added to give it more creaminess, goat and sheep whey cream.
Three Milk Cheese Mildly smoked and cured for a minimum of two months in a cold and humid environment for its external moulding
Its appearance is similar to that of Gamoneu cheese, its rind is natural brownish grey and its semi-hard paste is yellowish in colour, darkening on the part that contacts the rind, with blue veins inside. Irregular eyes scattered and not very large in size.

Its flavour is very pleasant and with the optimum point of acidity, with a strong aftertaste that lingers on the palate and stands out for its smoky and buttery taste
We recommend pairing it with an Asturian white wine, and combines perfectly with sweet apple and nuts.
It comes vacuum packed for better transport and conservation
To enjoy its best flavour, remove from the vacuum and refrigerator at least one hour before consumption
