Ancient variety of quinoa, surprising for the red color of its wrapper and its white heart. Vegan and gluten free. Rich in fatty acids, proteins, minerals and fiber. Easy to cook and versatile in the kitchen. Usage: Rinse and cook 1 volume of quinoa in 2 volumes of water for 12-15 minutes over low heat. Add salt.
