For the preparation, the grapes are selected with a profile more suitable for ageing that comes from a combination of vineyards of an average age of 20 years with a vine production of around 3 kgs. The Grenache Noir used develops a good balance of fruit and average ageing notes that are complemented by spicy hints of Syrah. Wine with medium-high structure that can be consumed on its own or eaten with some weight.
