RECOMMENDED USE
Take 1 capsule a day with water. Can be taken with or without food.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Suitable for all ages, from 4 years old.
PRECAUTIONS
Due to its FOS content, it is recommended to avoid consumption with medications and other fiber-based dietary supplements. Excessive consumption of FOS (approximately 9 g/day) can cause intestinal discomfort.
