The folks at Basqueland have once again brewed Mundaka, one of their favorite West-Coast IPAs of 2021, so we can enjoy that perfect combination of waves and sandbanks in Mundaka, the famous left wave that delights surf lovers. Additionally, this beer is based on a previous Enigma beer they made in 2017, to which they added some crystal malt to enhance color and body.

  • The rest is thanks to the careful addition of Enigma hops, resulting in a tide of aromas of lychee, grape, and red fruits with the characteristic dry and bitter finish of the style.
  • Pairs well with garlic shrimp, spicy gildas, pizzas, fried squid, etc.
