Making and ageing
Pruno is a blend of Tinto Fino (90%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%). As for the elaboration of this fantastic wine, after the manual harvest in 15 kg boxes, the grapes went through a double selection table, first of clusters manually and then, of the grains through a ventilation system. Subsequently, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks before ageing.
