The puff pastry hearts, known among us as "Copitos", are so called because they are the heart of the puff pastry in the process of its elaboration. Due to their small size, they are ideal for a moment of snacking alone or in good company. It has the same characteristics as the Hojaldritas, but they are more sweet for its juiciness and sweetness to be completely bathed in syrup
