How to use:

Sporadic supplementation:take 1 dose (200mg of Magnesium) before and/or during exercise for the prevention of cramps (can be mixed with the Sport Drink bottle) and/or for the reduction of muscle damage in anaerobic physical exertion.

Sporadic supplementation

Preparation for long distance competitions: take 1 dose every day during the 5 days prior to a long distance competition. During the competition, take between 1 and 3 doses depending on physical exhaustion and perspiration (can be mixed with the Sport Drink bottle).

Muscle relaxant: for days of heavy physical load, take one dose before going to sleep.
