The palate is full of flavor and balance. It has weight, volume, sweetness, a very balanced acidity and a great aromatic persistence in the mouth in which all the fruit and freshness are appreciated  
Pairing: cod brandade, fish, seafood, rice, fideuá and fatty cheeses.
