Upper Austria is the home of Rochelt quinces. The exquisite Ronda variety is pear-shaped, tomentose and golden yellow when fully ripe.we often leave our quinces on the tree until the end of October. Because only the change between the warm, sunny autumn days and the already cooler nights allows these noble fruits to ripen especially well. At harvest, our quinces are characterized by their intense fruity-exotic aroma, resulting in a wonderfully balanced quince liqueur with a unique variety of flavors.
