More information

Quinta Couselo is an Aged Galician Orujo made by Quinta Couselo in Pontevedra. Obtained by distilling the bagasse from the vinification of the Albariño, Caiño Blanco and Loureiro varieties.

It is distilled in a traditional way in copper stills, with a slow and constant distillation rhythm. It then rests in new oak casks for a minimum of 15 years.

ORUJO AFILADOR BLANCO TASTING NOTE

Quinta Couselo has bright golden colour, with amber reflections, high aromatic intensity and hints of dried fruits, pastries and spicy notes, such as Tahitian vanilla and black peppercorns.

The wine shows finesse and elegance, with a warm and sapid passage, with very well-integrated hints of woodwork and spices.
