Quintaluna 2016

Quintaluna 2016: This is a young wine made exclusively with Verdejo grapes from the province of Segovia. Sixty percent of the grapes are very old, pre-phylloxera grapes on ungrafted vines, and 40% are young grapes grown on trellises, with organic certification and low yields. The soils are varied. Plots with a high content of sand and pebbles of different sizes dominate. Some have higher proportions of clay and other important proportions of limestone and clay.
