Quintaluna 2018

Quintaluna 2018: This is a young wine made exclusively with Verdejo grapes from the province of Segovia. In 60% it is very old grapes, pre-phylloxera in ungrafted foot, and 40% is own young grapes, on trellis, grown with organic certificate and low yields. The soils are varied. Plots with a high content of sand and pebbles of different sizes are predominant. Some have higher proportions of clay and other significant proportions of limestone and clay.
