Appearance: Bright straw yellow color with greenish flashes, reflecting its freshness and youth.

Nose: Complex and seductive aromas of stone fruits such as apricot and peach, combined with citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit. Subtle floral notes of jasmine and fresh herbs also emerge, along with a distinctive minerality that adds depth.

Palate: On the palate, it is vibrant and very fresh, with a balanced acidity that provides vivacity. Flavours of ripe fruit, such as green apple and pear, are perceived, mixed with herbal notes and a mineral background. Its texture is silky, with a long and persistent finish, marked by a saline and fresh sensation, characteristic of high-altitude Godello.
