Red Botijo

It is made from old Garnacha vines but vinified in a young way, i.e. it is fermented in stainless steel tanks and has no subsequent ageing in oak barrels. The purpose of this wine is to preserve the youth and fruitiness of the Garnacha, but without over-ripening. An excellent wine to drink fresh, it is a young, elegant and silky red wine.
