The Red Wine 992Finca Río Negro belongs to Finca Río Negro wineries and has a IGP Vino de la Tierra de Castilla.
It is made up of Tempranillo grapes 55%, Syrah 20%, Merlot 15%, and Cabernet Sauvignon 10%.
Aging on natural lees for 2 months in tanks and then 7 months in French Allier oak barrels (50%) and American oak barrels (50%), medium toasted in both cases.
This wine comes from handpicked and selected grapes from plots in our estate located at 992 meters above sea level.
The soils are poor, with a clayey first layer and limestone bedrock. There is presence of pebbles and its pH is acidic.
It has an alcohol content of 14%.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 14°C and 15°C.
