The red wine Baden Numen Roble is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes and belongs D.O. Ribera del Duero. The winery owns 12 hectares of vineyards, located in Valbuena de Duero. Predominantly clay, limestone and gravel soils. These soils are poor in organic matter, which facilitates the production of quality grapes. The winery's winemaker is Luis carlos Niño, who has inherited the winemaking tradition of the Niño-Toribio family.

The winemaking is done in low volume tanks with natural yeasts, to respect the oenological potential of each of the payments. The Baden Numen Roble red wine is aged for 8 months in 85% French Oak and 15% American Oak barrels. Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º.
