TheRed Wine Bala Perdida is elaborated by Bodega Antonio Arr ez with Denomination of Origin Valencia  is a wine made 100% with grapes of the variety Alicante Bouschet.the grapes come from vines over 35 years old.The Alicante Bouschet variety is native to this area, where thanks to its soils and climate reaches its greatest expression. It is harvested by hand at the beginning of September, making a first selection in the field and a second in the winery.Fermentation is carried out at low temperature with a medium maceration, enough to take body, but respecting its fruity character, and then give it a touch in American and Hungarian oak that brings sweet and toasted notes that complete its elaboration
