The Red Wine Boada Roble is aged for 6 months in American-French oak barrels (allier) and then in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months.

Handpicked by hand. Double selection of grapes in the vineyard and in the winery.
Destemming. Traditional alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 29º in lined concrete tanks. Daily pumping over for colour extraction and temperature control. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Posteriorly transferred to barrels for the ageing stage. Transfer to tank for clarification and stabilization. Bottling and aging in bottle.
