Red Wine Borsao Crianza Selección

This wine belongs to the Borsao winery and has a D.O Campo de Borja.

It is made from 3 grape varieties; 60% Garnacha, 20% Merlot, 20% Tempranillo. Once the grapes are harvested, fermentation takes place separately in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of between about 24ºC and 28ºC, the maceration lasts about 15 days. Finally, the wine is aged for 10 months in French and American oak Bordeaux barrels.

It has an alcohol content of 14%

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 17ºC
