Red Wine Borsao Selection.

It belongs to the Borsao winery and has a D.O. Campo de Borja (Aragon).

It is made from 3 grape varieties; 85% Garnacha, 10% Tempranillo, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. For its elaboration a peculiar maceration is carried out for 3-4 days. The fermentation of each variety is carried out separately in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 22ºC and 24ºC.

It has an alcohol content of 14%.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
