The Red Wine Borsao Zarihs belongs to the winery Borsao and has a D.O. Campo de Borja (Aragón). It is made from a grape variety; 100% Syrah. For its elaboration a peculiar maceration is carried out for 4-5 days. The total fermentation takes 15-20 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22 to 26º. Forty percent of the Syrah is aged in American oak barrels for 12 months, and another 60% in stainless steel tanks
