Appearance
Its color is a raspberry red with purple reflections.
Nose
Its first nose combines spicy aromas and scents of red fruits. Upon agitation, animal and iodine notes emerge.
Taste
After a soft attack, the palate is firmly controlled by small tannins with a slight graininess due to Sciacarellu. This grape variety brings slightly woody and spicy flavors, despite aging in tanks without ever being aged in barrels.
Consumption
It is advisable to decant it before serving it with game or red meat.
