TheRed Wine Compta Ovelles Negre of winery Ferré i Catasús with D.O. Penedes traces a fresh and friendly path, with balsamic finish in the mouth, releasing a fair acidity that balances the moment. With vines from 10 to 40 years and a cherry color, it releases aromas of raspberry, strawberry and cherry on the nose. It is recommended to be served at a temperature of 8-10ºC.
