Nose: Very fruity, pulling on burgundy as it evolves.
Mouth: Supple and balanced wine, with a remarkable finesse and aromatic richness that underlines at the right moment a slight woody touch.
Tasting: Goes well with a tenderly roasted chicken or a few grilled flat ribs on vine serms.
