The Red Wine El Regajal Selección Especial, is a coupage of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Tempranillo. This wine is produced by the winery Viñas de El Regajal, with D.O. Vinos de Madrid. The winery is located in an estate of high natural value, where the vineyards are worked according to the principles of biodynamic, in order to obtain wines true to their terroir. Care in winemaking begins in the early stages, where each grape variety is vinified individually in small stainless steel tanks and blended together in the final assemblage. Once the coupage is done, the wine rests for 13 months in French oak barrels, for bottling it does not go through filters or cold

We recommend to serve this wine between 16 and 18ºC.
