The Red Wine Equilibrio 9 of Bodega Sierra Norte is made from 100% Monastrell grapes from vineyards over 40 years old located in the area of La Raja-Casa del Olmo.
The harvest of the Monastrell variety is done manually, selecting those quality clusters that provide acidity, structure and liveliness to the wine. Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature (16ºC) for 4 days, controlled fermentation at 24ºC for another 10 days until the moment of devatting.
