• Nose: intense and quite complex, black fruit and spices (black pepper), hints of wood (vanilla)
• Mouth: smooth attack on the palate, fresh and balanced wine. Same aromas as on the nose, round tannins with persistence and balance

Production: Manual harvest. During the first fortnight of October in boxes of 15 kg. Following in the footsteps of the young wine, it differs by its 12 months aging in French and American oak barrels. Finally, it is softened in the bottle to achieve the perfect balance.
