The Red Wine Juan Gil Silver Label is elaborated only with grapes of the Monastrell variety, coming from vineyards with more than 40 years of antiquity and belonging to the D.O. Jumilla. the grapes of this red wine are planted in shallow surface soil, covered with a bed of stone and limestone.The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at a maximum temperature of 25°C, then malolactic fermentation is performed, then remain 12 months in barrels.
