The Red Wine Juan Gil Yellow Labelis made from 100% Monastrell grapes and belongs to the D.O. Jumilla. The vineyards of Jumilla, mainly Monastrell, are located at an altitude above sea level between 700 and 850 meters, old unirrigated vineyards. The proximity to the Mediterranean Sea has a very positive influence. This young wine from the Gil family winery, whose origins date back to 1916. The Vino Tinto Juan Gil Etiqueta Amarilla has a maceration-fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days approx. at a temperature of 25 º C. Malolactic fermentation in tanks and subsequent aging for 4 months in American and French oak barrels.

We recommend serving this wine at a temperature between 15º and 16º, preferably constant.
