The red wine Luis Cañas Joven is made with  tempranillo grapes and belongs to the D. O. Rioja.The philosophy of Bodegas Luis Cañas, located in the Rioja Alavesa, is that "Good wine is obtained from the best grapes". This family winery with more than two centuries of history. 
The system to produce the red wine Luis Cañas Joven 2012 is carbonic maceration, fermenting the grapes together with the grape skins. 
Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º.
